Near Martinsbrücke, a golden set of skittles is said to lie hidden. Many have gone to fetch it, but none have ever come back up. One woman who crossed the bridge at night was followed by a black cat; another was followed by a man in black, all the way to the wayside shrine near Eggersriet.
